How deposits and withdrawals work.

Deposits

Send a deposit request from the Deposit page. It is confirmed by your agent and your balance is then updated.

The minimum amount is shown on the Deposit page.

Send a withdrawal request from the Withdraw page. The amount is held until it is confirmed.

We may ask you to confirm who you are before a withdrawal is paid.
